The product review is difficult to review as the installation seems to be far from simple, I've not installed this Uniarch before and I feel that the online information in the purchase of the item has been extremely disjointed, and being asked to pay for support. Really

Camera itself is sold and decent quality. Set up is a bit convoluted given the camera insists on a particular IP address (192.168.1.108) - bit of a pain if you're not on that subnet etc. Would be much better if they were set to DHCP by default.
Other than that setup is reasonably painless and these work well with Frigate NVR.

Using the Wi-Tek 4g unit and an Aldi prepaid SIM card I have fast enough low-cost internet access for my 4 camera UniView security system and have Wi-Fi for other devices as required. This is a much cheaper solution than a NBN monthly subscription with more data and speed than I require. The guys at Sky Monkey are always helpful in recommending the right solution.

It's good when it's working well. Unfortunately the SMD video playback intermittently produces a blacked out image. It can only be reset back to normal by rebooting the NVR. Technical Support advised me this problem can be fixed if I update the firmware but I can't do it because I don't have a broadband connection. It would have been better if the updates were done before purchase.
Very good where it covers , but not cover in the back of the residence, very essential but I was not advised, please add this information when people make enquires so they can consider the option to install an additional application to cover the back yard/entrance. Or able to see if the mal intent perpetrator Uses the back door, now too late, for that option as the technician is charging unreasonably too much.
