What are your customer service hours and quote response times?
We're available by phone Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 8 pm and Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Our goal is to respond to quotes within 4 hours, but if we can get back to you in an hour or less, we absolutely will!
Outside normal business hours we may still respond by email.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We are committed to offering competitive prices and operate exclusively online, allowing us to reduce overhead costs and pass those savings on to our customers.
Do you offer technical support?
Our technical support team is reachable through email during business hours. We offer a call back tech support service on a case by case basis or for urgent cases. More in depth support may be subject to a service fee but if necessary you will be advised upfront.
