If a device is faulty, SECSOURCE will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible. The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
Please note, that we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number.
