In the event of a device being faulty, we will repair or replace the faulty product at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft. Spy Monkey Surveillance will facilitate any warranty claims on the customers' behalf with the manufacturer. If you think you have a faulty product, please contact us.
