We will not wait for the manufacturer to send your replacement, when your item is determined to be faulty we will send you a new replacement as soon as possible.

- The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
- We will not cover inbound shipping of the return to us.
- We will cover outbound shipping for any replacements to the customer.
