The VIP Vision™ Residential IP Intercom Kit is an ideal single monitor/door-station intercom solution for residential applications. The kit includes everything necessary for a simple, single-building intercom system, with room to expand with additional door stations or intercom monitors.
The door station features a 1.0MP camera with a 122° lens, all in a stylish weather resistant body. The monitor is used for two-way talk with the apartment door station, featuring live-view of the door station camera.

The warranty covers defects in materials or broken components that could affect the regular operation of the product. If a device is faulty, we will mediate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We will handle this as fast and efficiently as possible. We will not wait for the manufacturer to send your replacement, when your item is determined to be faulty we will send you a new replacement as soon as possible.

- The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
- We will not cover inbound shipping of the return to us.
- We will cover outbound shipping for any replacements to the customer.
- We will need the serial number of the product and your order number.
- Please don’t ship us anything until you have had confirmation from our teams and they have given you an RMA number and return address.
