Work with Wi-Tek Industrial Switch, 4G Cat6 LTE CPE, Solar UPS PoE Switch, Industrial IoT M2M Gateway, and Mesh AP can fit your CCTV/WLAN Wi-Fi Coverage/Industrial IoT Application requirements. Flexible modular installation can decrease your project deployment cost.

3-Years Warranty
Wi-Tek’s 3-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or broken components that could affect the normal operation of the product. If a device is faulty, SpyMonkey will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible. The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
Please note, that we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number.
