ReX 2 is a radio signal repeater of the security system with support for photo-verification of alarms. Communicates with the hub via radio and Ethernet. Installed indoors.
It has a built-in tamper for protection against opening and is equipped with a backup battery for 38 hours of battery life.

2 Years Warranty
Ajax’s 2-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or errors in the manufacturing process that may occur within 24 months from the date of sale. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (device body scrapes, scratches, etc.), wear of the elements caused by improper operation, and normal wear of the device components, mechanical and/or electrical damage (including latent), exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, and vibration or damage caused by natural disasters.
The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from unauthorised repair, installation, and/or replacement of components or programs, including the installation of updates and extensions, performed by anyone other than an authorised representative of the Limited Liability Company “Ajax Systems Manufacturing”.
If a device is faulty, SpyMonkey will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible.
