Description
Leaks Protect is a wireless leakage detector that notifies both in case of a leak and when the water dries out. Developed only for indoor use.
Leaks Protect connects to the Ajax security system via the protected Jeweller radio protocol. The communication range is up to 1300 meters in line of sight. Also, Leaks Protect can be connected to third-party security systems using the Ajax uartBridge or Ajax ocBridge Plus integration modules.
Users can configure Leaks Protect via the Ajax app for macOS, Windows, iOS, or Android. The system notifies users of all events through push notifications, SMS, and calls (if activated).
The user can connect the Ajax security system to the central monitoring station of a security company.

2 Years Warranty
Ajax’s 2-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or errors in the manufacturing process that may occur within 24 months from the date of sale. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (device body scrapes, scratches, etc.), wear of the elements caused by improper operation, and normal wear of the device components, mechanical and/or electrical damage (including latent), exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, and vibration or damage caused by natural disasters.
The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from unauthorised repair, installation, and/or replacement of components or programs, including the installation of updates and extensions, performed by anyone other than an authorised representative of the Limited Liability Company “Ajax Systems Manufacturing”.
If a device is faulty, SpyMonkey will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible.
