SMD 4.0 With upgraded AI capabilities, the SMD function filters out irrelevant objects in the scene. Equipped with a new deep learning algorithm, SMD 4.0 is optimized to filter out small and large animals in the scene to avoid triggering false alarms.
Also, SMD 4.0 can detect the colour information of clothing and vehicle for data support of quick search after an event.
WizSense Series - Engineered to provide smart, simple and affordable security. WizSense series cameras support an independent AI chip with a deep learning algorithm to provide a more intelligent and simple security solution focused on human and vehicle detection. This helps filter out false alerts triggered by bugs, changes in light, leaves, trees and animals.
Supports Smart Motion Detection Plus (SMD+) dramatically reduces false alarms in motion detection by only detecting humans and vehicles, greatly reducing false alerts triggered by bugs, changes in light, leaves, trees and animals. Target is tracked and triggers real-time alerts to a smart device through the iOS/Android app.
Through advanced video algorithms, Dahua's Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS) technology supports smart functions such as Tripwire and Intrusion Detection.
Starlight technology generates clear images in near-complete darkness. A high-performing sensor and special algorithms work together to capture images in low-light and no-light environments.
The Dahua DHI-NVR4104HS-P-4KS2/L is a 4-channel network video recorder with a new and improved user interface. The NVR serves as a highly cost-effective product, providing functions such as local live view, multi-screen display, real-time storage on local HDD, fast operation by mouse, remote management and control.
The NVR supports Smart Motion Detection with a deep learning algorithm allowing human and vehicle identification with compatible cameras. It also supports advanced intelligent detection technology such as detecting abandoned or missing objects, Tripwire violations and intrusion violations. The NVR is also capable of recording business analysis data such as Facial Detection, People Counting, and Heat maps from IP cameras with built-in Intelligent Business Analytics.
For applications where high image detail is required, the DHI-NVR4104HS-P-4KS2/L delivers the capability of 4K resolution processing. It supports smart encoding (Smart H.265+/ Smart H.264+) which is an optimised implementation of (H.265/H.264) codec that uses a scene-adaptive encoding strategy, providing more efficiency in the encoding process and higher video quality, reducing the cost of storage and transmission significantly.
The NVR supports P2P remote surveillance for Live camera viewing and playback on mobile devices with the free app for ios and android called iDMSS (for iOS) and gDMSS (for Android).
The NVR is ideal for a wide range of applications including home, business or commercial solutions.

Dahua’s 3-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or broken components that could affect the normal operation of the product. If a device is faulty, SpyMonkey will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible. We don’t wait for the manufacturer to send us a replacement, if your item is determined to be faulty we will have it replaced as soon as possible from new stock.

The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
Please note, that we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number.
Please don’t ship us anything until you have had confirmation from our teams and they have given you an RMA number and return address.
